Shoulder

The shoulder is the most moving part of the body, but it is very unstable.

The shoulder joint consists of the scapula glenoid fossa and the head of the humerus bone.
Because of the spherical joints, they can respond to dynamic movements, but they are also vulnerable sites of disability, such as dislocations.
